2022年3月,工信部发布了《2022年汽车标准化工作要点》,提出为应对电池热失控导致的安全问题,新能源汽车生产厂商主要采取主动和被动两类措施来控制电池热失控的蔓延,保障车辆乘客和车辆整体的安全。此前于2021年1月1日起正式实施的《GB38031-2020电动汽车用动力蓄电池安全要求》,要求电池单体发生热失控后,电池系统在5分钟内不起火不爆炸,随着现在行业对热失控要求的不断加强,热失控目标提升到大于24小时无明火/无蔓延,这对动力电池系统的热失控防护抑制技术提出了更高的要求。
In March, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Key Points of Automotive Standardization in 2022", proposing that in order to deal with the safety problems caused by battery thermal runaway, new energy vehicle manufacturers mainly take active and passive measures to control the spread of battery thermal runaway, guaranteeing the safety of vehicle occupants and the vehicle as a whole. 再者,今年电池结构创新层出不穷,推出了CTC、CTB、CTP技术,大电芯、大模组、去模组、集成化趋势明显,高倍率快充是车企及电池企业的重要布局方向,而快充对精细化热管理要求较高,将推动电池热管理系统持续升级。
